Head of Training

Deb, the founder, has 25 years of experience in delivering fitness-based training courses.

Debbie Richardson

Tutor/Assessor

Debbie has over 15 years of experience in Personal Training and Massage. She now helps with the delivery of our Gym Instructing and Personal Trainer course.

Alex Constantinou BSc

Operations Manager

After graduating with a Sport Science BSc, Alex found a real interest in developing fitness courses and business operations.

SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT:

Our support methods are industry-leading because they’re tailored to the individual needs of our students. Over the 20 years we have been in service we have constantly adapted our approach to support and listened to feedback from our students. This in turn has given us the recipe for a quality service.

Once enrolled, you will be assigned a dedicated support tutor who you can contact between 10 am – 6:30 pm. We offer support in a number of ways including:
